Chameleons

Materials

• Heavyweight paper, 180-300gsm, A3 ideal (anything lighter buckles when you really layer)
• Soft rubber brayers and paint rollers in small and medium sizes
• Paint scrapers, squeegees, or old plastic cards (expired gift cards and hotel keys are gold)
• Combs, forks, palette knives, foam stamps
• Liquid watercolours, poster paint, or fluid acrylics in jungle tones: deep teal, navy, golden yellow, lime, emerald, copper
• Plates or shallow trays for laying out paint
• Oil pastels in jungle and chameleon colours
• Pre-cut paper chameleons in contrasting colours, or chameleon templates for older artists to cut their own
• Glue stick
• Scissors
