We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure a smooth experience for all, we have established the following cancellation policy:


If a class is cancelled by Smudge:

If we need to cancel a class, all customers and students who were booked in will receive a credit note. This can be used to enrol in another class at a time that suits you.


If a class is cancelled by a customer:

You may choose from the following options if you need to cancel:

  1. You may request to transfer enrolment to a sibling or friend, free of charge.

  2. If cancellation is 14 days or more before the class, you can be provided with a credit note for a future class.


Birthday Party Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or make changes to a booked Birthday Party, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled date. In such cases, we will provide you with a credit note that can be used for future Birthday Parties.


Holiday Program Changes and Cancellations:

If you need to cancel or make changes to a booked Holiday Program day, please notify us at least 14 days before the scheduled date. We will provide you with a credit note that can be used for any future Holiday Program. If it is within 14 days, you may transfer the holiday program day to any eligible sibling / friend up to 48 hours prior to the start date. Please advise us as soon as possible.


Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

Please understand that for any classes, including Birthday Parties and the Holiday Program, late cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for refunds or credit notes.


How to Proceed with a cancellation:

For class cancellations or changes, please contact us via email or phone to request a transfer, cancellation, or credit note. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we aim to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
